A new partnership involving Ryanair has today launched a new ‘No Nonsense’ car insurance product.

The product claims to offer full transparency throughout the quotation process to give Irish motorists insurance cover at the lowest possible cost.

MindTree Partners with LANSA

MindTree has partnered with LANSA to offer InsureIT. InsureIT is an interactive internet transaction processing framework for insurance companies.

InsureIT is an ecommerce framework. The service enables insurance companies to build web-enabled insurance products.

Rajan Narayanan, Senior Vice president of MindTree, said: “We are bringing to the Indian insurance sector an e-commerce framework for insurance products that is robust, efficient, easy to maintain, and more future proof than any other solution available today.”

FBD Insurance Select InsureIT

FBD Insurance – Ireland’s largest Irish-owned Insurance Company, have selected InsureIT from MDC to provide motor insurance via the Web.

The Quote and Buy facility will initially offer real time processing of new motor business. There will be QuickQuote and FullQuote options and the Internet generated transactions will be fully integrated into FBD’s Progen system.

InsureIT is built using LANSA for The Web and LANSA Integrator.
